Our Story
Born on the sidewalk.
Built by the community.
After Hurricane Irma devastated Sint Maarten, Uncle Bob set up a charcoal grill on the sidewalk and started feeding people. No menu, no walls — just fire, family recipes, and a refusal to let the island go hungry.
What began as an act of community became one of Philipsburg's most beloved gathering places. Today the doors are open every day, but the spirit hasn't changed: this is a place where everyone belongs at the table.
